The staff was polite and helpful. The location offered easy access to various attractions. The included breakfast provided a tasty start each day. I found chocolates upon arrival, a cute touch.

The gym had limited equipment. I noted only one treadmill available. This caused some waiting during peak hours.

The staff at the reception were lovely and always smiling. i dealt with anna, laura, and abi. They were very helpful to me. the location made everything very easy. Many attractions were nearby.

the bathroom felt a bit old, and the toilet was at a separate end. hallways felt narrow, it gave an odd vibe. the elevator felt quite dated.
